Annette Amdahl
Director of Marketing
She brings a rich family legacy in the home building industry, hailing from a background deeply rooted in custom home building and remodeling. Raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she honed her skills on residential construction sites during summers, fostering a passion for woodworking.
Annette earned her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from South Dakota State University and has since held impactful marketing leadership roles in the HVAC and landscaping sectors within the home industry. Her journey also led her to serve as the Public Relations Director for the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire, where she orchestrated marketing campaigns, community service initiatives, and spearheaded prominent events like the Home Show and Parade of Homes.
In the fall of 2021, seeking new challenges, Annette relocated to Franklin and joined the LCT Team. As Director of Marketing and Graphic Designer, she oversees the Graphic Design department which excels in crafting compelling marketing collateral such as new listing brochures, printed materials, digital campaigns, and community branding initiatives. Annette specializes in enhancing the visibility and appeal of new construction projects and community developments through strategic marketing efforts.
