As a Wisconsin native, Molly has a long-term love real estate and homes. After college, Molly began as a leasing manager for a luxury student apartment complex in Lexington, Kentucky. This experience helped her transition into real estate by moving to Nashville and joining the LCT Team in 2020.
 
Guiding clients through the selling and home buying process is something Molly enjoys thoroughly. Building trust is important to her as well as determining the best way to communicate with clients during this important, stressful and exciting time.
 
Within the team, Molly has experienced real estate both as a Transaction Concierge handling real estate paperwork, to now being a licensed REALTOR® and getting to experience the joys of finding clients their dream homes. Since joining the team, Molly has also held the role as personal assistant for Company Founder, Lisa Culp Taylor. Working closely with an experienced REALTOR®, Molly has gotten to learn the industry at an advanced pace and has gained invaluable knowledge in the process.
