Originally from Wisconsin, Molly Burns has always had a passion for homes, design, and the relationships at the heart of real estate. After graduating from the University of Kentucky and beginning her career in luxury property management, she relocated to Middle Tennessee and joined the LCT Team in 2020.
Today, Molly serves as both a licensed REALTOR® and Director of Operations for the LCT Team, playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations, client experience, and strategic growth of one of Tennessee’s top-producing real estate teams. Working closely alongside Founder Lisa Culp Taylor, Molly has developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry spanning marketing, negotiations, contracts, new construction, luxury listings, and team operations.
Known for her attention to detail, organization, and thoughtful communication style, Molly is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity. She believes real estate is deeply personal and strives to make each experience feel seamless, informed, and highly tailored to the individual client.
Her unique perspective, balancing both the operational and client-facing sides of the business, allows her to bring a strategic, high-touch approach to every transaction.
