You also get a lot of bang for your buck she says. “Fairview is a fantastic value in Williamson County. I wanted a larger yard and house and found I could get more for my dollar.” The Tennessean highlighted the average home price for Fairview was $373,260 – about $30,000 less than the next lowest location in the county.

The location is also convenient to I-840 which makes it quick and easy to visit friends and I-40 is also an easy commute to Nashville for sports, theater and live music Megan says.
Bowie Nature Park is also a favorite spot for Megan’s family. The park is close by and is a very fun place to explore.
“I didn’t realize it until I moved here but Fairview also has the best donuts at the Fairview Fresh Deli Donuts. And, if you don’t believe me, message me and I’ll bring you some,” Megan said.
