With a love of houses and home design, new LCT Team – Parks Realtor Ashlee Baker says building relationships with clients while helping to guide them through the home buying and selling process connects her interests with her passion.
New LCT Team – Parks Realtor – Communication, Relationships Key
“Growing up in Columbia, Tennessee, I loved looking at new houses, construction projects and interior design. Working in my parents Pharmacy during high school, Fisher Pharmacy & Gifts, I found my love of helping people and creating those relationships,” Ashlee said.
Ashlee went on to attend the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and earned a bachelor’s degree in retail and consumer science while minoring in business. As she began her family, Ashlee and her husband, Jeremy, bought and sold two homes. It’s when they took on the project of building their third home in Thompson’s Station that Ashlee found her love of real estate.
“During the process of building our traditional/modern style home, I decided to get my real estate license. I really loved the experience of building and learned so much including the need for a lot of patience! Building a home is so much more than a construction process. It can be emotional, time consuming and have bumps in the road. But, my goal is to guide my clients so that it is an enjoyable experience and a seamless transaction.,” she said. “I’ve learned over the past six years as a Realtor that developing relationships is key for me and communication is at the heart of it all. I’m in constant communication with my clients and keeping them informed about the process. I help them see the big picture, work through the small things, and focus on the goal of closing and beginning a new chapter,” Ashlee said.
The mother of three is very involved in her Thompson’s Station community through school and church. She has enjoyed living in her community in Williamson County for the past 18 years and is excited to continue growing her business in Columbia, Thompson’s Station and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas.
