Spring has not just sprung in Middle Tennesee. It’s EXPLODED. March came in like a lion and well, pretty much kept roaring all month long. The bright side? Our towns have never looked more lovely. They’re fresh and vibrantly green, the birds are chirping and the flowers are blooming. It’s very Disney-esque, which is actually a comment that many visitors make about this area. Besides daffodils, tulips and hyacinth, FOR SALE signs are also popping up in yards all over Williamson County. It’s a sellers’ market, to be sure, and that can be frustrating for my clients looking for a new home, because bottom line? There’s just not enough resales to go around. That’s why I’m so glad that we have so many new communities in development in Williamson County.
If you haven’t experienced Benington, let me be the first to introduce you. This new community is located in Nolensville, on the eastern edge of Williamson county and is ideal for buyers looking for a slower paced, peaceful and bucolic setting that’s still close enough to the “real world.” While surrounded by gorgeous pastures, rolling hills and rustic beauty at home, Benington residents are actually only 15 minutes away from Cool Springs and the I-65 interchange. The charming “village” of Nolensville, with its National Historic Register homes and quaint antique stores, is only a mile away. Benington homes are also zoned for some of Williamson County’s most desirable schools including Sunset Elementary and Middle Schools and award winning Ravenwood High School. What I’m trying to say here is that owning a home in Benington means you truly have it all!
The community is composed of half-acre wooded home sites and homes range from $650,000 – $850,000. Our team represents renowned builders Hidden Valley Homes and Legend Homes and currently has two completed homes available and four more nearing completion. Benington began development over ten years ago, but there are still sites available. Our on-site listing agent, Vickie Freas expects two more phases to open in the next year, but the community is nearing completion. The great news there is that the neighborhood isn’t a work zone. It features fantastic green spaces, tree-lined boulevards, pop-up parks, miles of walking and hiking trails and a luxurious community pool. The less great news is that home sites are limited as the neighborhood nears completion, so if you’re interested in Benington – and I promise, you should be! – you need to give Vickie a call toot sweet!
The homes in Benington are fantastic and you absolutely can’t beat the price point for these amenity-filled homes. Hidden Valley Homes and Legend Homes specialize in luxury home building and although Benington is a prestigious community, it’s not full of McMansions. These homes have character and charm, but are built with the quality craftmanship and elegant upgrades you’d expect to find in million dollar homes. Additionally, the low maintenance fees can’t be beat. For less than $100 per month, residents have access to the community pool and all common spaces and the homeowner’s association maintains all the common land with professional landscaping.
If I haven’t already sold you on Benington, take a Sunday drive to Nolensville and check it out. You won’t be sorry. Better yet? Make an appointment with Vickie! She’s the real Benington expert on our team and would be delighted to show you around this beautiful Williamson County neighborhood where life is a little slower and a lot sweeter!
