LCT Team – Parks Realtor Megan Jones shared a video tour of the community, which the Tennessean highlighted this week in a story, “Williamson Realtors use videos to highlight what county has to offer, cope with quarantine.”
Small town feel with a great sense of community is an important element of this Williamson County community Megan says. “People are just willing to help you out in Fairview and they are very friendly.”
You also get a lot of bang for your buck she says. “Fairview is a fantastic value in Williamson County. I wanted a larger yard and house and found I could get more for my dollar.” The Tennessean highlighted the average home price for Fairview was $373,260 – about $30,000 less than the next lowest location in the county.
The location is also convenient to I-840 which makes it quick and easy to visit friends and I-40 is also an easy commute to Nashville for sports, theater and live music Megan says.
Bowie Nature Park is also a favorite spot for Megan’s family. The park is close by and is a very fun place to explore.
“I didn’t realize it until I moved here but Fairview also has the best donuts at the Fairview Fresh Deli Donuts. And, if you don’t believe me, message me and I’ll bring you some,” Megan said.
