Love of Home Brings Sarah to LCT Team – Parks
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Sarah joins staffer Drew Dudley as they help LCT Team clients from contract to closing and make the process seamless and as stress-free as possible.
Sarah has always been drawn to the home world and loves scoping them out online and at open houses. During her early college days, she assisted her dad in the design of investment properties from flooring and paint selections to kitchen and bathroom design and really loves all sorts of design styles. She’s also helped him with the interiors of a new venture, Rock House Brewing, in Lexington.
She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree at the University of Kentucky in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management. While in college, Sarah supported her sorority’s philanthropy, Alpha Phi Foundation, which promotes women’s heart health. Her UK connection brought her to the LCT Team – Parks.
“Molly Burns and I have mutual college friends, and, after moving to Franklin, she mentioned to me how much she loved working with the team,” Sarah said. “It has been such a great experience learning from this talented group of women who have been supportive and encouraging. They are really motivating me to do my best, work hard and learn as much as I can about the process.”
Sarah has really loved the sense of community she sees in Franklin, consistently listed nationwide as a top place to live. She also loves the Middle Tennessee food scene including Merridee’s Breadbasket, Big Bad Breakfast, Hawker’s Asian Street Food and East Park Donuts.
Now living in Germantown, you’ll also find Sarah on daily walks with her adorable pup, Booker. In addition to exploring the food scene, Sarah loves to travel and visit with her family including her mom, step-father and brothers in California.
