Named RealTrends/WSJ 2022 #1 Medium Team in Tennessee by sales volume, the team was founded in 2017 by Realtor Lisa Culp Taylor and has since consistently earned the distinction as Parks Realty’s top team.
“While assisting long-time client Legend Homes during a Parade of Homes event, the idea of a real estate team was a great, next opportunity. There were so many amazing Realtors who wanted to join me, there’s been no looking back,” Lisa explains.
Based out of Parks downtown Franklin office, the team is made up of natives from Williamson and Maury Counties to Nashvillians and several others who made their way here as fast as they could! Recently, Thompson’s Station Lifestyles profiled the team in a story, “Secrets of Sisterhood and Success.”
