Friends, I am absolutely delighted to welcome Vickie Freas to the LCT team!!! As our client roster grows, so too grows the need for resale and new homes in Williamson County. This area is thriving and expanding to the south and east of Franklin at a very rapid rate. And, while I pride myself on being able to keep a lot of plates spinning, there is no way I could do my job and meet all your needs without the help of some really amazing colleagues. Enter Vickie… who brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to our table.
After moving to Middle Tennessee in 1990, Vickie has spent most of her career working in new home construction.She is incredibly dedicated to her clients, knowledgeable about every phase of construction and wildly enthusiastic about helping her clients build their dream home.
Right now, Vickie is my eyes and ears on the ground in three new developments on the east side of I-65. As the onsite agent in Benington, Scales Farmstead and The Hideaway at Arrington, Vickie oversees all aspects of home development. And considering she’s spent a quarter of a century (I’m pretty sure she was twelve when she started!!) in new home construction, she is exceedingly qualified to guide our clients and home buyers along every step of their exciting new path. Vickie understand the different phases of construction. She gets the ins and outs. She speaks builder-ese. She loves every aspect of her job, from listening to what clients want to helping them find a plan and then modifying it here and there to make it one-hundred percent perfect. In short, Vickie’s helping clients “create the dream” and seeing the looks of satisfaction when they tour their recently completed home… that’s the stuff that keeps Vickie coming back for more!
In Benington, Vickie works closely with Hidden Valley Homes and Legend Homes, two quality home builders with whom I’ve had a long and outstanding working relationship. They, like me, are thrilled that Vickie has joined our team. Vickie understands how unique and special Benington is… it’s a new community that really doesn’t exist anywhere else in Williamson County. With ½ acre lots and custom homes ranging from $650,000 – $850,000, these homes are going to sell fast! Vickie, with her reputation for being able to do it all, is going to thrive here and our clients are the lucky ducks who have the pleasure of working with her. Similarly, Vickie will be overseeing custom home construction in Scales Farmstead and The Hideaway at Arrington. While those communities aren’t as far along in development as Benington, they soon will be and I know that Vickie will do a wonderful job helping to usher these new luxury neighborhoods into the fabric of Williamson County.
