Annette Amdahl

Annette Amdahl has a family legacy in the home building industry, being the daughter of a custom home builder and remodeler. She spent her formative years in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where she worked on residential construction sites for her family’s business during summers and developed an interest in woodworking.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in graphic design at South Dakota State University, Annette held marketing leadership roles in HVAC and landscaping companies within the home industry. She most recently served as the Public Relations Director for the Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire. In this position, she designed marketing materials, organized community service events, and promoted the Home Show and Parade of Homes events.

In the Fall of 2021, seeking new challenges, Annette relocated to Franklin and became a member of the LCT Team – Parks. As part of the team, she is responsible for designing and developing marketing and graphic design materials, such as new listing brochures, printed and digital materials, and other related needs.
