BETH STURM
Meet Beth Sturm, an accomplished broker specializing in new home sales in Davidson and Williamson Counties, as well as home resales. With her roots in the nation’s capital, Beth’s journey in real estate began in Northern Virginia, where her fascination with the building industry first took shape.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in new home sales, sales management, and project management in Middle Tennessee, Beth made Franklin her home a decade ago. Beth’s achievements in the industry are truly remarkable. She is a past recipient of the Nationals Silver Award for Marketing Director of the Year and holds the titles of REALTOR® and IRM Trustee. Notably, she has earned the coveted Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation from the Institute of Residential Marketing, the highest accolade for professionals in new home marketing.
In the fall of 2023, Beth joined the LCT Team – PARKS Realty, bringing her wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a real estate agent.
