Marabeth specializes in working with buyers and sellers of residential resales, new construction, lot sales and development. She moved to Nashville from Utah to pursue her passion of music, which she still continues today. Before joining Parks, she spent four years serving Arrington’s King’s Chapel community in Real Estate and specialized in resale and new construction. With her passion, entrepreneurial spirit and upbeat, fun personality, she prides herself on making every transaction as enjoyable and as easy as possible for her clients.
