SARAH RICHEY
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Sarah earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing and Management in 2021 at the University of Kentucky. With a keen desire to cultivate synergistic relationships and grow her knowledge of the real estate industry, she naturally gravitated toward the Middle Tennessee area where she joined the LCT Team.
Enthusiastic, diligent and well-organized, Transaction Concierge, Sarah, strives to make the process seamless and enjoyable in all aspects from contract to close. Driven by her love of helping others and a willingness to make a positive mark, Sarah’s experiences have enabled her to provide support to the team and clients alike throughout the transaction and listing process.
Today, she lives in West Nashville and enjoys spending time with her Boyfriend, Hudson, and their Aussie pup, Booker as well as exercising, traveling, baking, and exploring all that Middle Tennessee has to offer.
