When looking our first home in TN, we were only in town for the weekend and she worked tirelessly showing us over 20 potential homes! She even brought her husband over to help us jump a vehicle after we moved into town and didn’t know a soul. She responds to any question, any time, not just business hours....because of course you don’t only have questions, concerns, or cold feet only from 9-5. Megan has protected us on more than one occasion by putting certain wording in the contracts....because when she represents you she works for YOU. Worked with our odd schedule to obtain viewings on weekends...and without complaint frequently had to call ahead as we very quickly could tell if a house we viewed would work so we were often ahead of appointment times for the next viewings. She worked hard to negotiate with recalcitrant sellers re home repair issues, and poorly done repairs that didn't meet contractual specs. She was courteous, responsive, pleasant, and efficient. And then topped the experience off with flowers and a gift for our new home. Probably the best realtor I've ever worked with, and we've had some less than sterling experiences with realtors in the past.
