Current Market Update – Brentwood Lifestyle Magazine
“It currently ‘feels’ like 2022 will be like 2021 but the lack of inventory is really affecting everything,” shared REALTOR® Lisa Culp Taylor in a recent cover story for Brentwood Lifestyle magazine featuring leading ladies of Williamson County real estate. The Nashville area continues to earn to a top spot of places to relocate for a variety of reasons.
“Personally, I think it is the best place in the world to live! The Middle Tennessee area offers incredible quality of life, and don’t forget no (state) income tax – for many this is an immediate salary increase,” Lisa said.
In addition to a specialized marketing formula, Lisa says her team maintains and grows a huge real estate network, including a large number of home builders. “This really gives our clients an advantage when they are seeking new construction. Many times, we are able to secure a home before it even hits the market, which has been essential with low inventory,” Lisa said.

Current LCT Team Listing – Nfocus Homes of Distinction
Each year Nfocus magazine selects stellar homes currently listed to profile in their May issue. This year LCT Team – Parks’ gorgeous College Grove home was selected – 6992 Giles Hill Road, College Grove, TN.
In the print edition, on stands now, writer Jonathan Sims visited the luxury home property.
