Water features can be a negative if not maintained. If you have a koi pond, pool or hot tub, include information on your maintenance and share any recent upgrades.

Ultimately, curb appeal is more than fresh paint for your door and flowers for your porch. As proponents of regular home maintenance, updating your outdoor living area is also important and why not enjoy it while you live in the home!
